What’s your view out the window this time of year, and could it be improved with some strategic enhancements? That’s today’s topic with the author of a new book called “Plants for the Winter Garden,” Warren Leach, who offers his advice for creating a true-four season garden no matter where you are. Warren is a nurseryman and landscape designer based in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, where he and his wife operate Tranquil Lake Nursery.
